Your role will be to drive sales and lead generation through a combination of creative avenues, digital roadmaps and automation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and running paid campaigns that focus on quality over volume
- Setting up automated nurture flows, scoring leads and integrating with CRM systems
- Building out LinkedIn content calendars and repurposing blogs, podcasts and case studies into targeted campaigns
- Analysing performance, running A/B tests and using data to continually improve results
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and aligned
About you:
- 4 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing
- Confident running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Hands-on with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Strong track record of building content strategies that drive engagement and leads
- Analytical and comfortable proving ROI through metrics, dashboards and testing
