Join a Series B AI start-up as a Growth Marketing Manager (9 month FTC).

Your role will be to drive sales and lead generation through a combination of creative avenues, digital roadmaps and automation.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Designing and running paid campaigns that focus on quality over volume
  • Setting up automated nurture flows, scoring leads and integrating with CRM systems
  • Building out LinkedIn content calendars and repurposing blogs, podcasts and case studies into targeted campaigns
  • Analysing performance, running A/B tests and using data to continually improve results
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and aligned

About you:
  • 4 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Confident running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Hands-on with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong track record of building content strategies that drive engagement and leads
  • Analytical and comfortable proving ROI through metrics, dashboards and testing
