We’re searching for an Adopt Enablement Global Data Migration Lead — a technical visionary and hands-on strategist who can own and drive global data migration design, execution, and governance across multiple regions, systems, and stakeholders. The role will also require some office time with travel expenses covered.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end global data migration strategy — from architecture and tool design to validation, cleansing, and governance.
- Define and execute the global migration framework, ensuring consistency across all deployments and data objects.
- Oversee LDC release execution teams, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Align global and local data readiness, profiling, and reconciliation activities.
- Partner with global business and technology leaders to deliver clean, compliant, high-quality data.
What You Bring
- 10 years of ERP implementation and data migration leadership across multi-country, multi-system environments.
- Deep experience with SAP BODS, data migration tooling, and technical architecture.
- Strong international team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages).
- A mix of strategic oversight and hands-on execution — you can design the playbook and get in the trenches.
- Knowledge of GxP and CSV environments.
