They’re now looking to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their San Francisco HQ. This is a high impact, customer facing engineering role ideal for someone who loves building, thrives in fast paced environments and wants to work on AI that delivers in production.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead customer engagements end to end – From discovery to delivery, you’ll own the technical relationship and help deploy complex AI systems into enterprise environments.
- Build intelligent systems – Write Python backend services, manage large-scale data, integrate with third party systems, and deploy via modern cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and optimize live systems – Tune models, set up guardrails, debug real time issues, and ensure reliable, high quality outputs.
- Influence the product – Capture customer needs, prototype new functionality, and contribute directly to the company’s roadmap.
What They're Looking For:
- Strong software engineering skills, Python and scalable backend systems
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work directly with customers
- A background in CS or engineering, ideally from a top school
- A product mindset and a bias toward shipping
- Start-up energy, you move fast, wear multiple hats and care deeply about results
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or enterprise deployments
