Job Title: Finance Administrator – Studio Close & Reporting
Location: Hybrid (Lecistershire office 2 days a week)


My client is looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to support the  month-end close and reporting processes. What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our finance operations team, you will help drive accuracy and insight throughout our monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close cycles. You’ll manage studio financial inputs, track supplier spend, and ensure smooth financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and maintain invoice records for key development partners.
  • Produce accurate reports on current spend and commitments.
  • Manage and oversee the accruals process, including live purchase orders.
  • Review and troubleshoot monthly close files to ensure data integrity.
  • Support vendor onboarding, payments, and purchase order management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Finance Manager, the Studio Ops team.

Required Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience with monthly financial close processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of data across multiple suppliers and topics.
  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping others and resolving finance issues.
  • Excellent Excel skills (data imports, pivot tables, and data presentation).
  • Analytical mindset, able to dig into variances and provide insights.
Preferred:
  • Experience in accounts payable or as a finance manager.
  • Finance/accounting qualifications are a plus.
