Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing development team in Knutsford. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
- Own the delivery of technical products and projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Create and maintain project plans for large-scale epics.
- Run and continuously improve agile processes and ceremonies.
- Provide technical coaching and architecture guidance.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development.
- Engage in hands-on practices such as code reviews, bug fixing, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Drive innovation and implement process improvements.
- Actively contribute to the team culture and overall technical direction.
