Overview
We are hiring an eCRM Executive to join our Digital Marketing team and take ownership of our entire email marketing strategy. This is a standalone role suited to someone hands-on, strategic, and keen to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, evolving business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the email marketing lifecycle, including newsletters, lead retargeting, and availability campaigns
  • Build and optimise responsive HTML email templates
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and sales to align messaging and strategy
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in a CRM or email marketing role
  • Proficiency in HTML coding for emails
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude
  • Commercial mindset with attention to performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment (startup or scale-up experience is a plus)
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take ownership
