The role requires German language skills, and candidates to be based in Europe for time zone reasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Sales, or related modules).
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and API integrations to extend functionality.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver insights for business stakeholders.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, releases, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimise systems.
Desirable Requirements:
- Strong background in configuring and developing MS Dynamics 365 solutions
- Experience with integrating Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate etc.) and Azure services
- Strong stakeholder management expertise
- Microsoft Certifications would be a plus (e.g., MB-200, MB-400, PL-400, PL-600).
The role offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement and is a 6 month contract with possibility of extension.
