We are representing a leading global consultancy that is expanding its Technology Consulting Financial Services practice in Geneva. This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to drive growth, client success, and team development across the Swiss financial services market.
The Opportunity As Director, you will play a key role in shaping the consulting hub for Romandie, driving both business development and delivery excellence. You’ll work with major clients across banking, wealth & asset management, and insurance, leading transformation initiatives across Technology, Data & AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and sales efforts across the local FSO sector, building client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Oversee the quality and delivery of technology transformation projects, ensuring strategic outcomes for clients
- Drive growth of the consulting team in Geneva, including hiring and scaling near/offshore capability
- Partner with existing practice leaders to align on CyberRisk, Data & AI, and broader tech transformation strategy
- Act as a senior leader for client executives, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen
- 10–15 years of experience in technology project delivery within financial services (banking, WAM, insurance)
- Proven track record in business development, opportunity management, and client network growth
- Deep understanding of banking platforms, data & AI solutions, and familiarity with cyber risk
- Strong leadership credentials – experience managing 30 hybrid teams across local and nearshore delivery
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
