A fast-growing, design-led workspace brand is seeking a commercially minded Digital Website Manager to take ownership of our websites and digital customer journeys across both B2B and B2C audiences.

About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead the strategic and operational performance of our customer-facing websites. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, tech, and design teams to optimise digital experiences, drive traffic, and support customer acquisition and retention. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence user journeys and digital effectiveness through hands-on management of our CMS, CRO strategies, and analytics-driven enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve website content, structure, and performance using CMS tools
- Optimise user journeys through UX improvements, A/B testing, and CRO strategies
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, user behaviour, and KPIs
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to define user stories and test new functionality
- Ensure seamless integration between digital platforms and internal systems
- Drive organic visibility through SEO strategy and collaboration with content teams
- Align website development with brand, commercial, and customer objectives
- 3–5 years of experience in digital, marketing, or product teams focused on customer acquisition and retention
- Strong CMS skills (experience with headless CMS like Sanity is a bonus)
- Understanding of UX principles and familiarity with tools like Figma
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional team environments
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in SEO, CRO, and performance-focused digital delivery
