The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Product Manager to join a forward-thinking Digital Team. This role will be pivotal in driving the development and optimisation of digital products that enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead on product strategy, define and deliver roadmaps, and ensure each solution is intuitive, efficient, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to strategic objectives and user needs
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and business goals to prioritise features
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts to build and iterate digital products
- Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint cycles
- Use data-driven insights and KPIs to evaluate performance and improve the product
- Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and transparency
- Ensure all digital solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and accessibility standards
- Advocate for a user-centric approach and promote digital innovation
- Solid experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar digital leadership role
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products end-to-end
- Comfortable using analytics, research, and experimentation to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) is a plus
