Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within internal systems and databases.
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data cleansing, reconciliation, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage high volumes of data entry tasks while meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow data governance and compliance procedures.
  • Prepare and organise data reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues and improve processes.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent and reliable data management.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in data entry, data administration, operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience working within financial services or data-driven environments is an advantage.
