We’re seeking a highly skilled Creative Program Manager for a temporary assignment based in London, UK. This role supports the evolution of our clients’ global Advertiser video education and co-production program, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes for speed and efficiency, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across global vendors, external clients, and creators. - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, Meta platforms, and online advertising—especially using Instagram (IG), influencer/creator marketing, and success metrics.
- Project & Program Management: Experience managing global programs, vendors (including 3rd party/3P vendors), slot booking, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- 7 years’ experience in program management and development, ideally within digital marketing, creative industries, or global client-facing services.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, Meta platforms, and online advertising.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile workflows and mobile-first content creation.
- Strong background in project and program management, including vendor management and resource allocation.
- Ability to optimize processes, templatize solutions, and create scalable toolkits.
- Experience scaling solutions and tracking progress with project management tools and roadmaps.
- Solid financial acumen in budgeting and business reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Enthusiasm for using AI tools to solve problems and enhance program outcomes.
- Experience building creative solutions within the production industry, managing strategic operations, and presenting business reports.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and executional skills in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
- Skilled in online advertising using Instagram, influencer/creator marketing, and measuring success metrics. Experience onboarding and integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Familiarity with global data management and reporting systems. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of how AI is affecting the creative landscape.
