We've partnered exclusively with one of our clients in the managed services space looking to hire a new Service Delivery Lead specialising in Cloud tech.
This role will work within the engineering department leading a team of SRE's and Cloud engineers.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring tickets are processed in a timely manner mainly utilising JIRA
- Working on change requests
- Adhering to SLA's
- Delivering long term service transition and process improvement
Essential Skills:
- At least 8 years commercial experience
- Strong Service Management (ISO and ITIL Certifications ideally)
- Hands-on Cloud experience (AWS and Azure)
- Previous experience in the consulting space would be a big plus
