We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major national transformation programme within a large public sector healthcare organisation. This role focuses on scaling adoption of a live digital platform that is reshaping how citizens access healthcare services. This is a stakeholder-focused position, not a technical delivery role. You’ll drive alignment, adoption, and engagement across clinical, operational, and executive groups in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments across stakeholder groups
- Develop and deliver change, communications, and engagement plans
- Lead training planning and support adoption activities
- Manage senior stakeholders and competing priorities
- Support operational readiness for new services
- Track adoption and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience in change management within complex programmes
- Proven ability across:
- Impact assessments
- Communications & engagement delivery
- Training planning
- Post go-live review & optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in large or matrixed environments
- Structured, organised, and comfortable in sensitive settings
Desirable
- Public sector or healthcare experience
