Trust in Soda is partnered with a leading financial institution in Frankfurt, supporting a strategic transformation and system migration program. We are looking for an experienced Business & Test Analyst with strong expertise across Capital Markets (CM), Treasury (TRY), and Risk Control (RC) to join this high-impact initiative.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and specification of processes within CM, TRY, and RC domains.
- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
- Define and execute functional test cases.
- Support quality assurance and validation of implementations.
- Analyse interfaces and data flows between Murex and surrounding systems.
- Document processes and solutions in Confluence and internal business concepts.
- Collaborate closely with business units and external partners to ensure requirements are met.
✅ Strong track record in system implementation and migration projects.
✅ Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and their technical/operational impact.
✅ Experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM.
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and third-party providers.
