We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help scale our presence across the DACH market. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and shaping the future of Conversational Commerce.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the pre-sales process, ensuring performance targets are met—focusing on both new business acquisition and growth within existing accounts
- Analyse potential customer performance to identify areas of improvement and value opportunities through Conversational Commerce
- Proactively generate leads in the DACH region via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, events, and collaboration with Account Executives and the Studios team
- Drive outbound outreach through a mix of channels—social selling, cold calls, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ensure high-quality pre-qualification and support the sales team throughout the deal-closing process
- Seek out and cultivate profitable partnerships and business opportunities
- Contribute your ideas and perspective to shape the broader go-to-market strategy and product direction
- A track record of sales success and target achievement
- Strong ability to understand and communicate business transformation needs
- A high level of self-motivation and resilience—you go the extra mile to get results
- A team-oriented mindset and thrive in collaborative environments
- Native or bilingual German fluency and a professional level of English
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar
- Familiarity with the European e-commerce space and enabling technologies (a plus)
