We’re supporting a global powerhouse in private equity and fund-of-funds as they streamline their CRM platform (DealCloud) and roll out a brand-new Relationship Intelligence module.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own process documentation across Front Office, Investment, AML/KYC & more
- Create clear, tailored training materials for business users
- Prep and support the launch of DealCloud’s newest module
- Simplify systems, align processes, and drive platform clarity
- Collaborate with a sharp team of BAs & tech leads
- DealCloud or similar CRM expertise (Wealth/Private Markets)
- Deep knowledge of alternative investments (PE, FoF, etc.)
- Experience turning technical docs into business-ready processes
- Strong communication – able to influence at all levels
- Join a tight-knit, agile crew (1 BA 4 IT pros)
- 1-stage interview with the decision-makers
