🌟 About the Role
As a B2C Sales & Renewals Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience across the full sales and renewal journey. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, manage customer email enquiries, and ensure every interaction is accurate, professional and customer-focused.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively contacting prospects and existing customers to convert pipeline opportunities, manage renewals and identify upsell potential
- Handling inbound customer calls relating to sales, renewals and retention
- Managing customer email communications clearly and efficiently
- Owning the full renewal lifecycle and ensuring customers are informed in advance
- Processing sales orders and renewals accurately, maintaining strong CRM data integrity
- Building trusted customer relationships through personalised support
- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Billing and Product teams
- Tracking and reporting on key sales, renewal and customer satisfaction metrics
- Upholding high standards of professionalism across all customer interactions
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales, customer service or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
- Experience with renewals, upselling or account management is a plus
