🌟 About the Role
As a B2C Sales & Renewals Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience across the full sales and renewal journey. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, manage customer email enquiries, and ensure every interaction is accurate, professional and customer-focused.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively contacting prospects and existing customers to convert pipeline opportunities, manage renewals and identify upsell potential
  • Handling inbound customer calls relating to sales, renewals and retention
  • Managing customer email communications clearly and efficiently
  • Owning the full renewal lifecycle and ensuring customers are informed in advance
  • Processing sales orders and renewals accurately, maintaining strong CRM data integrity
  • Building trusted customer relationships through personalised support
  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Billing and Product teams
  • Tracking and reporting on key sales, renewal and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Upholding high standards of professionalism across all customer interactions

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a sales, customer service or customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Experience with renewals, upselling or account management is a plus
