The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 6 years’ experience in Quality Engineering.
- Financial services experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with using Java or Java Script and experience with Java based testing frameworks.
- Experience with RDBMS, RESTAPI and related tools such as SQL and Postman,
- Experience as an automation engineer/software engineer working across a diverse range of applications at multiple layers of the technology stack
- Experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, Cypress
- Extensive experience with requirement analysis, defect tracking, coordinating with team members in different locations, test reporting and signoff.
- Extensive experience with Jenkins CI/CD, job creation and maintenance
- Jira and Xray a plus.
- BPM
- Experience in mentoring junior associates. ( Nice to have)
- You have shown knowledge of CI/CD principles using Jenkins and Git and can make recommendations on how to best include test automation into pipelines.
- Self-directed, willing to take initiative, pragmatic and results oriented.
- Working and collaborating on new technologies to address legacy test challenges.
- A strong contributor with a collaborative work style, and you enjoy crafting and implementing efficient and effective test strategies.
- Implementing test infrastructure that can deliver business values immediately but also grow interactively.
