Adopt Manager - S4/Hana

Initial 1 year contract with an extension
Rate: Up to €1000 per day
Location: Remote in EU with limited travel

We are seeking an LDC Adopt Manager – Logistics (Operations) to play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our client’s data and digital transformation initiative, turning data and digital capabilities into strategic assets for actionable insights across global operations. You will be responsible for deploying SAP S/4HANA-based processes across supply chain logistics, warehousing, and distribution planning for manufacturing sites located in Slovenia, Czech Republic, India, and Turkey.

This role will lead the alignment of solutions with business needs, guide local adoption teams, facilitate knowledge transfer, and support issue escalation in close collaboration with LDC workstreams and local stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute Business Readiness Assessments and F2C workshops with the Core Team and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead Adopt Enablement and Regional Risk Management activities globally and locally, ensuring proactive mitigation of operational risks.
  • Drive Change Management efforts including impact assessments, training needs analysis, and communication planning to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all releases and oversee super user and end-user training programs.
  • Ensure seamless business ramp-up post-cutover and oversee hypercare support to swiftly resolve issues and defects.

Requirements
  • Higher education degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated expertise with SAP S/4HANA EWM in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Flexible to collaborate across CET, Turkey, and India time zones.
