D365 Migration & Okta Integration Specialists (2 Roles) Location: Remote across Europe Contract Length: 12 months (extendable) Start Date: ASAP Language: EnglishWe are supporting a major European financial services organisation embarking on a large-scale cloud transformation programme migrating their on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to the cloud, while modernising identity and access management through a new Okta integration. This 12-month engagement will play a key role in modernising core systems, improving security and compliance, and enabling seamless user experiences across a multi-region business landscape.D365 Migration Architect / Engineer Responsibilities:Lead and execute the migration of on-premise Dynamics 365 CE/CRM environments to D365 Online (Dataverse).Redesign and rebuild integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, Power Platform, and API Management.Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and post-migration performance tuning.Collaborate with stakeholders to define Fit-Gap and release-wave plans.Implement data residency, compliance, and governance best practices.Support UAT, cutover, and hypercare stages.Key Skills:Proven D365 migration experience (OP2OL / cloud transitions).Strong understanding of Azure integration patterns (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions).Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CE modules.Familiarity with data governance, security, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Okta Integration Engineer / IAM Specialist Responsibilities:Lead the rollout of Okta across enterprise systems, integrating with D365, Azure AD, and key SaaS tools.Implement SSO, SCIM provisioning, and lifecycle management for user and device access.Design and enforce RBAC, adaptive MFA, and governance workflows.Support compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001, FedRAMP alignment).Work cross-functionally with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to streamline access and automation.Key Skills:Certified Okta Administrator or Professional (desirable).Proven experience integrating Okta with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, or other IAM tools.Experience with SSO, SCIM, and API-driven automation.Familiarity with cloud security standards and regulatory frameworks.Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.
