They are looking for a Technical Architect who can drive clarity across complex data landscapes, simplify delivery, and guide senior stakeholders through informed, data-driven decisions.What you’ll be doingLeading an end-to-end assessment of the full data landscape, identifying gaps, critical paths, and optimisation opportunities.Simplifying delivery paths and removing redundancy across systems and workflows.Working hands-on with UC4 patch-based processes and orchestrated pipelines.Architecting across multi-cloud environments (bespoke SaaS).Acting as the strategic technical partner to business leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.Bridging business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated.What we’re looking forStrong background in data landscape analysis and large-scale architectural assessment.Deep understanding of end-to-end data flows.Experience within asset management (P&L, risk, supply chain, or similar domain).Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.Ability to simplify complexity, challenge assumptions, and streamline delivery.

Data Engineer (ETL / Azure / SAP) — Long-Term Contract (up to 3 years)Location: Zurich (Hybrid)Contract: Initial 12 months, long-term extension expectedTrust in SODA is supporting a major industrial/manufacturing client as they scale a strategic data engineering initiative. They are building a next-generation platform that will serve millions of users across key life and wellbeing domains.To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced Lead Software Architect to guide the end-to-end technical direction of this flagship platform. Key ResponsibilitiesShape and define system architecture for large-scale, cloud-native applicationsOversee full lifecycle delivery: solution design, implementation oversight, code quality, and documentation.Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all platform components.Promote modern DevOps/GitOps principles across CI/CD, containerisation, and monitoring.Collaborate closely with product and project management to drive successful outcomes.Required Experience & SkillsDegree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (FH, Uni, ETH, or equivalent).5 years as a Software Engineer/Architect, ideally in complex product or platform environments.Strong full-stack architectural background with:TypeScript, Next.js, Nest.jsSQL & NoSQL databasesSolid DevOps knowledge: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring.Expertise in security standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, authentication/authorization.German fluency (C1 ) is mandatory; English is beneficial.
