This role blends product, marketing, and commercial strategy — overseeing everything from scouting partners and shaping creative concepts to delivering limited-edition product launches and tracking performance across sales and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the annual collaborations pipeline and strategy.Scout, evaluate, and pitch aligned brand partners across fashion, lifestyle, design, and culture.Lead concepting and co-creation: product direction, storytelling, visual identity, and launch positioning.Own end-to-end project management: timelines, prototypes, assets, packaging, approvals.Partner with Product, Digital, PR, Sales, and Operations to deliver seamless launches.Plan go-to-market activities, ensuring maximum visibility and commercial impact.Analyse performance across sell-through, demand, engagement, and partner commitments.Prepare structured recap reports and recommend improvements for future drops.What You BringStrong background in brand partnerships, collaborations, capsules, or limited editions.Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and deadlines.Understanding of product development processes, retail calendars, and operational flows.Creative sensibility combined with structured execution and commercial awareness.Excellent communicator, confident managing external partners, creatives, and agencies.High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under fast-paced timelines.Ideal BackgroundCandidates coming from fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or design-driven consumer brands, especially where collaborations are a core growth and brand-building lever.
