Lauren has been recruiting in the DevOps space since 2014. She has over 8 years of recruitment experience hiring DevOps and SRE engineers and managers for the world's best brands and most innovative starts ups.

Lauren founded Women in DevOps in 2017 as a small tech meet-up for like-minded female engineers. It has since grown into a thriving offline and online community of over 6,000 individuals, all of whom are passionate about inspiring and empowering women in the DevOps and engineering spaces all over the planet.

Trading Operations Engineer
An innovative and profitable proprietary trading firm, founded in 2017, is looking for exceptional talent to join its elite global team. Python Developer
The RoleWe are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable backend systems. You’ll work on developing new microservices and improving existing ones that power key parts of our trading infrastructure. If you’ve built resilient, observable, and performant services—and enjoy writing asynchronous code and integrating with external systems—you might be a great fit.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Python-based microservices supporting trading operations.Develop new features for internal systems (e.g. funding rates prediction, exchange automation).Extend our exchange connectivity by adding new markets. Route/Handle data from trading across our internal systems.
