​We kicked off our very first SODA Social hackathon with the wonderful code Institute. Hackathons are a great way to get real-world experience of Agile programming and working together in a team.

During the next six days, our teams will be creating a tool that helps employers create a truly accessible workspace or improve their recruitment and onboarding experience for every person. Uncovering the working environment, working environment from home and how to make a truly disability-friendly application. These projects will then be judged by our incredible expert panellists, Alex Gordon Lennox, Víctor Moreno Alhambra, Jessy Halison, Steve Demeter and Robert Morgan.
