We partnered with code Institute to host our SODA Social webinar, ‘The Journey: Transforming Software Engineers Into Leaders.’ In summary, the panel emphasised the importance of soft skills including listening, supporting and connecting with colleagues, avoiding fixed positions and learning from feedback.
