Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Observability)

I'm working exclusively with a well-known Dusseldorf based online business who are in the midst of big growth plans over the next 6 months. They're currently hiring in multiple areas but this role is part of the SRE team and will specialist in observability.

You'll get the chance to join en experienced team of SRE's who work on systems crucial to the operation of my clients platform. They keep the lights on and are vital to the continued growth and scale of the organisation. You'll need to be experienced working in a large scale (ideally internet facing) environment with a few years experience specifically in an SRE role.

You'll be joining a team that really enjoys what they do and are passionate about building the best engineering environment they can. You'll also get the chance to avail of great educational support. The entire team are currently being helped towards their CKA.

Tech Requirements:

• Extensive experience building, running and administering Elasticsearch clusters at scale
• Working in-depth with Elasticsearch on a daily basis is absolutely essential
• Experience with the full Elastic toolchain like Logstash, ILM, Kibana etc
• Kubernetes and Helm
• Google Cloud Platform
• Python/Bash scripting (some software dev in Java/Kotlin would be a bonus)
