Trust in Soda are partnered with a well-known pension company. As the project manager, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and multiple parallel initiatives. Starting from project initiation, feasibility assessment, and business case development, you would define an appropriate delivery schedule. Ensuring successful design, development, testing, and seamless implementation into production-all while adhering to time, cost, and quality constraints-would be your focus. The projects you manage could span a wide spectrum, ranging from internal transformational initiatives to regulatory compliance changes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, delivery plan, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to establish robust project management processes and maintain consistent documentation across the portfolio.
- Lead project resources to achieve excellence, ensuring successful delivery on the first attempt.
- Take ownership of personal and performance development through relevant training courses.
- Regularly review existing systems, processes, and controls for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to Quality Management Systems and regulatory policies.
- Foster a client-focused culture, emphasizing excellent customer experience.
- Identify and report risks promptly to line management and the Business Controls Department.
- Promote robust change management techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and clients.
- Be a positive role model, demonstrating commitment and professionalism.
- Actively represent the team in departmental activities and engage the team in discussions and plans.
Essential Skill Set:
- 5 Years experience dealing with pensions
- Experience in JIRA or other requirement/test related tools
- The ability to use Microsoft Office 365 Applications
- Proven leadership for a minimum of 3 years managing a diverse multidisciplined virtual team.
- Proven Project Management experience for a minimum of 5 years in a business financial regulatory environment.
- Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management qualification (APM)
- Six Sigma
