Job description
Trust in Soda, are partnered with a prestigious client in the Transport sector to identify a highly skilled SAP PM/EAM Project Consultant. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in standardising operational network processes across multiple grid companies, ultimately driving significant improvements in efficiency and performance.
Rate: 100-120EUR
Location: Bern (2days a week/remote 3days)
Length of Contract: 12months + extensionss
About the Opportunity:
As part of a large-scale EAM project, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA for regional technology within our client's organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned consultant with a proven track record in delivering successful IT and change management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of upcoming tasks and activities related to the EAM introduction for regional technology.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Foster collaboration and identify synergies within regional technology teams, streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency.
- Support teams in assessing the current state and future needs of regional technology, providing insightful analysis for management meetings.
- Develop "Plan B" scenarios for unforeseen challenges, ensuring project adaptability.
- Provide operational consulting to teams in the areas of testing and training.
- Consolidate key findings and present them to management committees in a clear and concise manner.
- Consult with operating and planning steering committees throughout the project rollout.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Energy Technology is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or change management, ideally with a focus on IT implementation projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) methodologies.
- Extensive experience with modern IT trends and methodologies (e.g., IREB, ITIL, Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a knack for identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience within the energy sector, particularly with grid operator processes, regulations, and challenges, is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
