CAFM Analyst

12 months

Location - London/Hybrid

Pay rate - £175 - £210 per day inside IR35

My client a major player in Higher Education is currently looking for a Data Management Analyst, in this role you will have an operational focus on hard services areas of the CAFM/IWMS precisely creating and reviewing data while adhering to best practices, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management working on CAFM and IWMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide System Support, and troubleshoot operational issues within CAFM/IWMS, collaborating with system suppliers when necessary to resolve technical challenges swiftly.
  • Conduct regular data audits as per the audit schedule to ensure quality of data held on systems is accurate, highlighting any gaps to the IWMS Manager.
  • Be the go-to authority for Management Information within CE&I systems, providing insights into trends, SLA performance, and actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan system needs, advising on data requirements, and facilitating data uploads/entries, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Support the analysis of requests for new systems and requirements within CE&I, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAFM or IWMS systems and familiarity with relevant data standards and protocols.
  • Proven track record of working within facilitates management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project /programme management from a support perspective
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CAFM tool Planon is highly desirable
