​Filip specialises in DevOps roles across the UK and Europe.

Filip grew up in North London before moving out to Hertfordshire in his early teens. After attending university in London, he kicked off his career in recruitment in September 2021. His first year was focused on executive search, and then he spent another 1.5 years in contingent 360 recruitment, specifically in the Life Sciences sector.
