My client a prestigious tech organisation is looking for a UX Researcher to collaborate with a closely-knit team to create and launch new products.
As UX Researcher your research will be crucial for identifying needs, shaping early ideas, and refining products for market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive research projects from planning to analysis.
- Conduct qualitative research (usability tests, diary studies, focus groups)
- Design and execute quantitative studies (surveys, question development, data analysis).
- Work with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers to set research goals and methods.
- Moderate interviews/focus groups globally, with support for translation and local moderators.
- Debrief regularly with stakeholders.
- Compile reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Skills:
- Strong partnership with design and engineering teams for actionable research.
- Efficient multitasking and time management.
- Ensure research quality and rigor.
- Clear communication with the Research team and cross-functional partners, especially in a remote setting.
- Excellent storytelling to present findings compellingly.
- User empathy and commitment to representing diverse user voices.
- 5+ years of UX research experience.
