Job Title: Transformation Program Manager
Salary: £85,000 plus 20% Bonus
Location: London- Hybrid (3 Days onsite)

I am recruiting a talented Transformation Programme Manager to join a leading telco company.
In this results-oriented role, you'll be a key player in identifying and addressing critical business issues. You'll use your analytical skills to delve deeper, identify root causes, and recommend solutions that generate both short-term wins and long-term benefits.
Your strong project management background will be crucial. You'll define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure projects run smoothly, keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:
- Lead the charge on business improvement initiatives. You'll leverage your knowledge of continuous improvement principles to pinpoint issues, understand their root causes, and develop effective solutions that drive positive change.
- Become a project management maestro. You'll define project scope, create test plans, and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure their success. .
- Champion successful change management. You'll collaborate with managers to implement operational improvements, ensuring buy-in at all levels for positive, measurable results.
- Deliver impactful results. You'll design and implement improvement programs aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Become a clear and concise communicator. Regular reporting to senior leadership is important.
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following:
- Proven experience in project and program management, ideally in Telco.
- A strong track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
- Understanding of business improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - you can build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
- The ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Data analysis skills - you can analyse data and use insights to drive performance.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
