Senior Software Engineering Manager (.NET/C#)

You'll be joining a fintech start-up with plans to rapidly expand their Dublin office and be tasked with modernising their legacy tech. This will suit someone who's up for a challenge. Someone who wants to build their own .Net engineering team and be the driving force behind innovation for the business.

They are hugely financially backed so you'll be encouraged to invest in the latest and greatest when it comes to tools and technology as part of this digital transformation plan.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Extensive hands on .Net (C#) development experience
• 5+ years experience leading a development team
• Experience leading a team of at least 10+ engineers
• Excellent experience working with senior stakeholders and handling complex issues
• Passion to build and a scale a team from scratch
• Previous experience building a start-up from conception to sale/IPO would be a big plus
