Software Engineering Team Lead (Java)

My FinTech client in Dublin CC are looking for an experienced Java engineer who can come in and within 6 months be working as the lead of their team. If you already have team lead experience that would be preferred, but if you've been mentoring and leading in an unofficial capacity that will also be a good basis for this role.
