Location: Lichtenstein/Munich/Basel
Rate: 100EUR/Hour
Length of Contract: 12months
In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of customer service:

• Own the SAP ERP Customer Service area and related systems (FLS, Movilizer, etc.).
• Manage IT projects in collaboration with the customer service business.
• Implement and test new processes and solutions.
• Provide expert support to users.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our international locations.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in business information technology or has comparable professional experience.
• Has a deep understanding and passion for customer service.
• Knows how to analyze, optimize, and develop business processes.
• Possesses ABAP and iFlow developer knowledge (a plus!).
• Has experience in both classic and agile project management.
• Can communicate fluently in spoken and written German and English.
• Brings an open, communicative, and customer-oriented personality.
