Loan IQ BA/SME - Hiring ASAP

Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months (extension potential)
Location: London (Hybrid working but very flexible)

Rate: £600PD - £665PD
Engagement: Inside IR35

Summary
Required to expand the level of on onsite Loan IQ product expertise, this role will look to drive forward key aspects of the Loan IQ implementation design and help triage materialised prod bugs which impact operations and lead to additional manual processes needing to be put in place and increases operational risk.

As our client have ramped up on other aspects of the program, they need expand our design capacity, matching the requirements definitions team as they expand, ensuring they manage the design pipeline with appropriate velocity. They are also looking at moving first stage design further up the pipeline to drive early direction of requirements to fit the applications use more naturally in the market and minimise the potential to expend effort on defining non-standard requirements.

Responsibilities & Key Skills

  • Provide guidance on native LIQ function,
  • Run POCs, suggest solution options, propose a balanced view of preference, present to stakeholders, build consensus around option preference, actively drive design with an adopt (rather than adapt) mindset.
  • Drive Booking model definition and workflows for different Wholesale Lending products.
  • Loan IQ Configuration and Accounting Mapping definition workshops.
  • Test planning and execution support.
  • Migration strategy definition, planning and support.
  • Analysis of specific issues and proposal of solution options to broader stakeholder group for decision
  • Collaborate with LoanIQ migration leads to identify migration requirements and define mappings.
  • Manage requirements in adherence to standards and governance to enable effective project management and delivery across a large programme.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts, both verbally and in writing, such that they can be understood by a wide-ranging audience.
  • Exposure and experience of Loan Trading is a preference.
