My client is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee complex IT projects. You will lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure efficient project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead and mentor project teams, addressing technical issues and fostering a collaborative culture. Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project progress, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs. Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide financial reports. Enforce project management standards, drive continuous improvement, and solve complex challenges to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skills required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP or relevant certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and align projects with organizational objectives.
