Director of Quality Engineering

I've got a really exciting new role that's just gone live with one of our long term clients in the FinTech space. They're looking for a highly experienced automated tester who has moved into a management position.

You won't be hands on in the role but you'll need to be able to be close enough to the day to day engineering to have detailed conversations and make decisions on the technical direction of the team.

You'll have around 10 direct reports here in Ireland but the plan will be to expand that across multiple geographical areas. Experience managing teams across different regions isn't essential, but it would be a help.

One of the most exciting things about this role is that it will give someone a chance to shape the direction of the quality engineering department. You will sit on the senior leadership panel here in Ireland and in the US, and you will be the person responsible for the growth, structure and technical innovation of the entire department.
