They are actively looking for a Director of Media and Acquisition to look after not just Performance marketing but holistic media planning & buying including Traditional Media Marketing.

This role will have you responsible for leading the performance marketing team of 10 amazing individuals alongside strategising, implementing, and managing various advertising efforts together with the respective brand managers to attract new customers and grow the brand.

Your be fully responsible for the performance marketing with a focus on managing media strategies and planning for the German market through advertising campaigns across different media channels, such as television, radio, print, and digital platforms. - this is an incredible opportunity to make a difference, improve and grow the company.

With offices in Hamburg but a very flexible working model, paying up to €120,000 with a 20% - 30% yearly bonus alongside unlimited annual leave and a culture built on trust.
