Data scientist to uncover groundbreaking solutions by diving deep into intricate, multi-dimensional datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data science expertise - statistics, machine learning, programming, and modelling - to uncover hidden patterns and translate them into actionable insights for prototype development and product optimisation.
  • Employ a data-driven approach, combining advanced mathematics and simulations, to identify emerging opportunities and pose critical business questions, resulting in groundbreaking discoveries and product advancements.
  • Embrace an agile analytical methodology to craft and refine predictive models and progressive algorithms, unlocking exceptional value from diverse data landscapes.
  • Drive continuous product advancement through iterative experimentation: crafting testable hypotheses, executing rigorous experiments, and meticulously analysing outcomes to unlock actionable insights.
  • Partner with product engineers to transform promising prototypes into impactful new products, services, and features, then pave the way for smooth large-scale adoption.
  • Equip stakeholders with actionable insights through expert BI and data visualisation support, encompassing online customer service dashboards and personalised ad-hoc data analysis for diverse needs.

Essential Skill Set:

  • Master of Science degree in computer science or in a relevant field.
  • Possess a versatile toolkit of data-driven expertise, spanning programming languages (Python/R), big data platforms (Hadoop), and visual storytelling tools (Tableau).
  • Utilise a versatile writing style to break down complex ideas into digestible content, while fostering thought-provoking discussion and inquiry about course themes.
  • Possess a proven track record of extracting valuable knowledge from large-scale datasets, expertly navigating complex data structures and techniques.
