Business Analyst - Payments

Rate - £400 - £475 per day inside IR35

My client a prestigious Bank is looking to hire a team of Business Analysts to support Payments Change initiatives across large, complex projects.

To be considered as a candidate for these positions you will have a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle, adeptly utilising both Waterfall methodologies and Agile principles and a solid grasp of Payments intricacies, including CHAPS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather, analyse, and meticulously document requirements.
• Apply suitable analytical techniques to generate precise and top-quality artifacts.
• Take ownership of planning and executing work package artifacts while mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.
• Ensure thorough documentation and comprehension of proposed changes within the business domain.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and an exceptional eye for detail.

Key Skills:

• Experience supporting payments change on large complex projects
• Proficiency in data mapping techniques and experience
• Strong understanding of Payment end to end processing - CHAPS & Cross Boarder
• Understanding of Payment Accounting Models
• Experience supporting Business Architects with Business Design Artefacts
• Detailed understanding of Payments Liquidity Funding and Settlement
