Our private equity client, is seeking a talented AI Business Solutions Architect & Scrum Master to join their growing team. In this unique role, you'll wear two hats: driving strategic AI integration across the group while simultaneously leading the navigation domain within a Scrum team.

Rate: 110-140/hour
Length of Contract: 12 months
Location: Remote within DACH (Germany)
Responsibilities:

  • Group-Level AI Strategy & Implementation:
    • Manage AI projects across the entire group, leveraging synergies for maximum impact.
    • Identify opportunities to apply AI solutions (machine learning, NLP, deep learning, predictive analytics) to optimize business processes and the digital business model.
    • Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions in collaboration with group companies.
  • Scrum Master & Navigation Domain Lead:
    • Independently drive the navigation domain forward within the Scrum Team.
    • Collaborate with UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
    • Design and develop modules and APIs alongside engineers and architects.
    • Prioritize team performance and ensure high-quality deliverables and clean code.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Training:
    • Effectively communicate complex AI concepts and technologies to decision-makers and team members.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to empower teams to leverage AI effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in applying and integrating AI solutions into business processes and digital business models.
  • Expertise in various AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
  • Strong understanding of current AI trends and the ability to translate them to actionable business strategies.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving AI landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to train and support diverse audiences.
  • Initiative, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, data analysis, sales, or agile project management.
  • Digital proficiency with user experience in Office 365.
  • Travel readiness.
