Job Title: Business Development Representative
Salary: £80,000 plus 50%-80% Comms
Location: London- Hybrid (2/3 Days onsite)
I am recruiting for a Business Development Representative for a Pioneering AI Startup that is using cutting-edge AI and synthetic computer vision to revolutionise inventory management and customer experiences within the retail space.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline and generating leads for their innovative AI solutions. You'll be responsible for:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying potential customers across the retail industry.
- Demand Creation: Developing and executing strategies to create awareness and excitement for their AI solutions within the retail market.
- Building Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers within large and complex organizations. (Experience working with CPG companies a plus!)
- Sales Pipeline Management: Managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Account Management team.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to support effective lead generation and outreach.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the B2B sales process and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience conducting market research and identifying sales opportunities.
