Trust in Soda is partnered with an exciting EdTech startup looking for a VP of Customer Success! If you're a highly ambitious CS leader who is passionate about driving client retention and creating value through fabulous customer experiences, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

  • Report to the CRO to oversee and scale a global Customer Success (CS) function, ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service to clients worldwide
  • Collaborate with teams to customize CS strategies and tactics based on local nuances and requirements
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy initiatives to foster overall business growth, in collaboration with key stakeholders both within and outside the company
  • Enhance robust reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance of both new and existing CS initiatives
  • Provide regular updates to the Executive Team and Senior Management Team (SMT) on key metrics (lead and lag), achievements, and areas for improvement

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working in a startup environment with fast iteration and feedback loops, where innovation and creativity are key
  • Evidence of CS strategies that you've designed and delivered for organizations
  • Strong team management and coaching experience, to upskill and motivate the CS team
  • High accountability - ability to interface with and advise C-level and board-level stakeholders
  • Experience at a SaaS startup required, Edtech experience preferred
  • Desire to be part of a business that has a product focused on positive social impact
