This role involves overseeing the complete development life cycle, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing multiple projects concurrently.

You'll align motivated teams, working closely with Development Leads, Product Managers, and QAs.

Requirements

• With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Working with projects that a solid software development background
• Navigate possible conflicts, manage multiple projects effectively, and foster career development in your team.
• Possess strategic decision-making skills, high emotional intelligence, a genuine interest in project progress, and a focus on building top-notch products while mitigating risks.
• Scrum, JIRA and experience with full project life-cycle
• Client and stakeholder management
