Location: Leeds City Centre - Car park on site.

Hours: Full-time - on site 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• General IT Support responsibilities
• Hardware onboarding and set up
• Software troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting tickets as they come in
• Working with M365
• Field based hands on engineering - biggest responsibility in this role

Experience

• Solid understanding of 1st/2nd line support
• Understanding of networks
• Any M365 certs are beneficial.
• Setting up hardware and troubleshooting software
