Looking for an experienced Solutions Designer work on a strategic HR Programme.
This role is accountable for the Solution Planning and Design for the programme and will be responsible for technical governance and direction within the project.
Working closely with the Enterprise Architecture function, Programme Director, and HR Leadership to prepare a Business Case for a new strategic HR Architecture for the Bank.
Attend various Workshops to understand the business ambitions and roadmap, helping to define the new strategic solution which will increase self-service and provide a more digitally enabled colleague proposition.
Will work with the internal project team and preferred supplier for the new strategic HR platform to identify the art-of-the possible and determine the optimum solution to meet the business ambitions.
Responsible for documenting the HR Solutions Design Document to reflect "To-Be" Solutions Design and liaise with the business, including IT teams, to create detailed design artefacts.
Responsible that technical designs meet standards and are approved.
Present target design to Technical Architecture Design Forum and gain approval to take design forward into delivery following Business Case approval.
Take part in sizing and estimating of the proposed solution as input into the Business Case.
Strategic HR Platforms preferably in Financial Services (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Data migration & systems integration experience
Previous track record of delivering Cloud platforms.
Proven track record of engaging with Senior Leadership
Delivery to quality and agreed project timelines.
Evidenced approval and caveats or actions.
Evidenced re-submissions where required.
