Job description
Are you an experienced Service Desk Manager looking for a new challenge with a growing company that is working with interesting tech? An industry leading prestigious firm, currently have a unique Permanent opportunity for a Service Desk Manager in Southampton (offering hybrid working).
They are looking for a Manager with experience managing a IT support team across multiple offices with a strong technical background covering Windows, Citrix, Exchange and Cloud. The Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with Senior Management, stakeholders and vendors.
Working under a forward-thinking IT director, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership for the Support Operations team
- Design, implement and provide oversight for a range of service management processes and controls
- Oversee support Operations requests, incidents, and problems
- Manage and oversee the budgeting process for the Operations Team
- Develop the support Technology Strategy
