Senior iOS Software Engineer

My client a multinational automobile manufacturer is looking to hire a Senior iOS Software Engineer on a 12-month contract to help build their app.

The successful candidate will have strong Swift iOS Development skills and proven experience in building and shipping production-grade software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and feature teams.
• Develop core architecture, frameworks, and UI design systems.
• Handle large codebases and complex projects.
• Improve developer productivity and optimise CI workflows.
• Write and guide technical documentation and best practices.
• Solve complex technical problems using industry best practices.
• Mentor and support fellow developers.
• Stay updated with iOS ecosystem developments and share knowledge internally.

Skills Required:

• Strong Swift iOS development skills.
• Solid software testing practices.
• In-depth UI design experience with SwiftUI.
• CI (Fastlane) and scripting skills.
• Experience with Composable Architecture (TCA).
• Ruby scripting knowledge is desirable
• Familiarity with Tuist/Bazel build systems.
• Knowledge of the latest mobile security practices.
• Passion for delivering exceptional products to global customers.
• Familiarity with various software architectural patterns.
