My client a prestigious Bank is looking to hire a team of Business Analysts to support Payments Change initiatives across large, complex projects.

To be considered as a candidate for these positions you will have a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle, adeptly utilising both Waterfall methodologies and Agile principles and a solid grasp of Payments intricacies, including CHAPS and/or SEPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather, analyse, and meticulously document requirements.
• Apply suitable analytical techniques to generate precise and top-quality artifacts.
• Take ownership of planning and executing work package artifacts while mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.
• Ensure thorough documentation and comprehension of proposed changes within the business domain.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and an exceptional eye for detail.

Key Skills:

• SBA Level 1 certification
• Proficiency in data mapping techniques and experience
